What I do
I'm a paid media and ecommerce manager. I've run a Shopify store in Spain for 3 years — cash on delivery (COD), affiliates with creators, Klaviyo integration and an external CRM for stock management. Since 2025 I also operate TikTok Shop Europe for the same brand ecosystem.
Everything I write on this site comes from that operation. When I review a Shopify app, it's because I use it (or used it) in production. When I talk about COD math, those are numbers from my own account, not pitch deck projections. When I explain how I use Claude Code to run the theme, it's my daily workflow.
Why this blog is different
The Shopify content space is saturated with AI-generated listicles and affiliate reviews nobody tested. I write from the other side: the operator who has the app installed, who watched the dashboard go down on a Saturday afternoon, who calculated the real CPA after returns.
I'm not an agency, not a guru, I don't sell courses. I'm an operator documenting what I learn. If an app is good I say so, if it's bad too — affiliate or not. That's the only way content is worth anything.
What I'm building
I'm developing CODprofit, a Shopify app specifically for cash on delivery operations. It solves three things no native tool covers well: real CPA calculation (not the apparent one), performance analysis by SKU and zone, and a native affiliate system for the COD flow (where the sale confirms after delivery, not at checkout).
It was born from my own operational problem: running COD without visibility of the real numbers is the fastest way to burn budget without realizing. The app is in MVP finalization, soon to publish on the Shopify App Store.
